Paula & Dwight | April 11, 2014

23 May

Paula & Dwight #1(Blog) Paula & Dwight #3(Blog)I think every child of divorced parents shares a secret wish that one day their parents will reunite and the family will become whole once again. The chances are remote, but it certainly makes for a wonderful fairy tale. That’s why when it happens for real it becomes a great love story worth repeating.

Annisa’s parents divorced when she was just a tot and their lives soon headed in very different directions.Paula & Dwight #2(Blog) Paula moved to Germany while Dwight perused opportunities stateside. Decades went by before fate intervened and loved blossomed once again; this time with the couples’ daughter and three grandsons leading the way. It may have taken 27 years, but Annisa finally got her happily ever after.

Paula & Dwight#4(Blog) My favorite moment of the ceremony was watching Paula and Dwight dance down the aisle to Second Time Around, by Shalamar.

Location: Courtyard Marriott, Carolina Beach
